I thought maybe I should do a little work to substantiate my claim that Gen. Boykin’s comments were pretty much a mainstream expression of God’s sovereignty and the Christian belief that the God of the Bible is the only true one.

Lt. Gen. Boykin:

Daniel 4:29-32:
